Meet Oliver Scruff

Calling all scruffy lovers! My name is Oliver Scruff and I am a 25 lb, one year old male Terrier mix. I am crate trained, house trained, and I am good with other dogs and people! While the first thing you may notice about me is my scruffy hairdo and adorable underbite, there is so much more to me than my good looks! My foster mom says I am one of the most affectionate dogs she’s ever met, and my biggest wish is to find a family of my own to love. I’ve been told I am very playful, happy-go-lucky, and could get along with almost anyone! I’ve played really well with dogs that are both smaller and larger than I am. And although I still have plenty of puppy energy when I go out to play, I also know how to just relax while I’m inside the house. In fact, I love nothing more than to curl up next to you on the couch! I also sleep soundly in my crate throughout the night which I’ve been told is a big plus. My coat doesn’t seem to shed and my foster mom says I won’t require any fancy haircuts. As far as my size goes, I’m big enough for adventures but still small enough to be portable, so I’m sure to be your companion wherever you go. I ride very nicely in the car and just sit quietly in the back. While living in my foster mom’s house, I haven’t barked or had any accidents which she says is really good! I’ve been learning the ropes very quickly in my new foster home along with some basic commands, and I know I’ll be quick to learn whatever my new family teaches me. Since I’m friendly and easy going, I could do well in a home with other dogs or as a solo dog with an active family. I would do best in a home either with adults only or kids over the age of 8 since I’m a young boy and I’m still learning not to jump up when I get excited. Could I be the scruffy, cuddly guy for you? Apply to meet me here if you think I might be! Apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication
