Meet Whinnie

Hi I’m Whinnie! I’m 5-6 months old and believed to be a Boxer mix, maybe with some Great Dane. So I will be a big girl when I’m done growing!       I’m a pretty great puppy! But I am still a puppy so I have lots of energy, love to play and still need help knowing what is good and bad. I can be a bit of a couch hog, I have long legs and I love to stretch them out on a soft couch, but don’t worry I’m also a great cuddler!       Potty training is going great. I haven’t had any accidents but I also haven’t quite figured out how to tell you I need to go potty so I do need to go outside frequently.       I’m perfect in my crate, even if you’re up and moving around I have no problem just watching quietly from my crate. I easily sleep through the night and have made it through 7 hour work shifts with no accidents in my crate. I already know sit and down, walk pretty well on leash, but could definitely still use some more training there, and have gotten much better about jumping on people. You can reach your hand into my bowl while I eat and I don’t mind when other dogs are near me while I eat either and I take treats gently.       I’m also super friendly! I’m pretty sure every person wants to be my best friend, even on walks I want to say hi to all the people we pass, and I haven’t met a dog I didn’t love! But I am willing to tell a dog when they’re being too rough with me or coming on too strong but am still happy to be their friend. I can also be very vocal when I play so don’t be alarmed by my ferocious sounds! I also like to talk to you sometimes, to let you know when I’m super excited or really want something.        I’ve only met one cat so far but was very calm and respectful! Even though I’m super interested and really wanted to be friends when she said no I backed off easily.      I would love a family that will definitely continue my training and socialization so I can grow up to be the best girl possible! In return I will be your best friend, loyal companion, and adventure and snuggle buddy. Do I sound like a match for you? Apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication
