Meet Miso

Miso is a stunning 6 year old tan and white 43 pound lab/boxer mix. She is on the smaller side of lab and boxer breeds. Totally house and crate trained, she will sit in front of the sliding glass door to be let out and if she is not let out will do a little whine to let you know, or come look at you like really, I need to go out. She gets along with all the other dogs in her foster home, male and female, big and small, not a big barker but she gets excited when a doorbell rings and even on TV, makes her foster mom laugh. She like a crate with a bed and the door left open so she can sleep and retreat is she feels the need. Miso walks well on leash, she likes to go on car rides and is a medium active girl who would love to be a running companion, go on hikes or learning agility courses. She would love to explore the outside with her nose so she does need a yard for exploring. She can be trusted to be left out in the house not to get into mischief. She is self contained, intelligent and a very quick learner. She thrives on routine and would love to find a calm forever home and family to call her own. She is not a fan of loud noises like thunder or fireworks, but actually who really is, right. Miso would love another confident 4 legged sibling to help keep her calm when she gets nervous or stressed. She will occasionally grab a chew toy. If you are looking for a glorious gal to be an unconditional friend, please make arrangements for a meet and greet.Dogs are not placed on a first- come, first-served basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. ALL CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
