Meet Twist of Fate

Choose your destiny! Meet Bonanza (only male), Serendipity, and Twist of Fate. These three border collie siblings were born on Memorial Day and are now 12 weeks old. Mom was a smooth-coated red (brown) full Border Collie and dad is *probably* a rough-coated black and white Border Collie. Serendipity, a female, looks like the only one that will take after mom with a smooth coat. The other two look like they will have medium rough coats. Twist of Fate is a pretty friendly little gal that loves attention and treats. She is playful and full of energy.   They all have a great beginning! They were raised with little kids and LOVE kids of all ages! Of course, moms with little kids should consider whether a border collie is right for their family. The pups sleep in a crate at night and have started potty training. They will probably be 35-45 lbs full grown. They can be a bit shy of new places and people. They need to be taken to all the dog-friendly places and given lots of chances to socialize. Border collies can be tentative of new people by nature. A lot of socialization in the beginning of their lives will make a big difference.    These puppies need a very involved and engaged owner. They will grow up to be intelligent, athletic, and high energy. This is the breed that excels at agility, disc (frisbee), dock diving, flyball, herding, rally, scent work, etc. They are also the perfect hiking or running companions! If you stimulate them physically AND mentally (the mental stimulation is key!), they will be the best dogs in the world. They are already considered the smartest breed! They are super fun to train because they catch on so quick! If you would like to meet these amazing pups and see if it is your destiny, apply at https://www.bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication!
