Meet Jisoo (New Digs)

Meet Jisoo! 7-year-old | 50 lbs | Pitbull Mix | Female | Spayed | Crate & Potty Trained Jisoo is a gentle senior pittie mix with a heart full of love and resilience. She was found as a neglected stray in a South Texas border town and has come a long way in the care of someone who truly loves her. She is now healthy, spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and crate trained. She’s calm and low-energy indoors, enjoys slow walks, and is happiest near her trusted people. Jisoo gets along well with other dogs and has even shown playful curiosity toward cats—though she seems a little nervous around them, she does try to engage gently. She bonds strongly with women and children, and while she is cautious around men, she has formed meaningful attachments with those who consistently provide for her and respect her boundaries. She does have a bite history involving only male individuals. Jisoo has done well in both doggy daycare and grooming settings when handled by female staff and has also warmed up to male handlers over time once trust was earned. She can be protective and tends to bark, but she is manageable in a calm, structured environment. Jisoo is looking for a compassionate home that will accept her for who she is and continue to support her emotional well-being. A woman or family with older children—or a patient, experienced adopter—would be ideal. If you can offer Jisoo the safe and loving home she deserves, please apply to adopt her. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Jisoo, then please email [email protected].
