Saving South Texas

Our mission is too save the lives of at-risk animals in South Texas through fundraising and forming out of state transport partners. Texas has a high euthanasia rate and a large number of stray animals that deserve a chance so we formed to help those that are in rural areas and oftentimes overlooked.

Meet Cookie

Cookie came to us from Victoria Animal Control after being hit by a car. She was unable to stand and was in severe pain. Luckily, she found a foster home where she was able to heal and turn into her sweet self.  Cookie is a little skittish at first but is very sweet once she’s settled.  Because she’s sensitive and shy, we think she’d do best in a quiet home as the only dog.

Adoption Process
In state adoption for adult dogs is $250 and for puppies is $300. If you are out of state, you also pay transport which is usually $200-$250. We do a vet check and a video home check. We have an adoption contract and a two week trial period.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
