Pampa Animal Welfare Society

Pampa Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a network of volunteers in Pampa, Texas. We are very active in the rescue, fostering and adoption of homeless animals, in providing spaying and neutering programs and helping out at our local animal shelter, all with the goal of improving the lives of the animals in our area. We are a rescue formed to offer an alternative for animals that would otherwise face an uncertain future. We are a group of volunteers that have a passion for animals and the rescue mission of finding loving homes for the animals under our care.

Meet Clay Gunslinger 57587

I maybe a maverick but I’m not a gun slinger! I get all the saloon ladies with my looks. We are going to make sure that I’m not going to be carrying a full load. I believe in love not war. As you can see, I need to be brushed up but what do you expect from a hard working cowboy like me! I would like to beat the odds and come up with a poker full hand which to me is finding a great family. I’m ready to retire to the old hacienda. So come and get me at high noon! Here is what the crew has to say about me:  Clay is a gentle soul that will appreciate a calm and loving household. When he came into the shelter he was pretty thin so he had been on the lam for awhile. Now he is putting weight on. Clay is around 3 years old and 69 pounds. So come on down to meet this amigo today Please call Faustina at 806-664-1615 since she can give you details about the animals! If you call the Pampa animal shelter please refer to the animals by their number listed after the names. Thank you for you cooperation!

Adoption Process
Pick out an animal on the web site or come to the shelter. Then fill out an adoption application at the shelter. Cats adoption fees are $85 and dogs are $95. They animals will be fully vaccinate (age appropriate), spayed or neutered and microchipped.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
