Caliber is currently in a foster home With 3 other small dogs that’s he does well with. He’s potty trained and uses the dog door, sleeps in his dog bed at night, and was great with a 5 year old child. Caliber is heartworm positive but please don't let that rule him out for you, he is currently on the slow approach to treatment which means he takes additional medication to his heartworm prevention every six months only (this can be provided by the rescue)  Please consider making this gorgeous boy a member of your family. As we are a foster based rescue, we require a completed application to be submitted before we arrange a meet.  This can be found on our website at :   Apply Now (almosthomepetrescue.org)   $200 (including tax) adoption fee includes core vaccinations, rabies vaccination, heart worm test (in dogs over 6 months of age), microchip and registration, spay/neuter, wormer and flea and heart worm prevention while the dog is in our care. Adoption Process
A completed and approved adoption application and contract is required. In some circumstances a home check may be required. Our adoption fee is $125 for dogs (which includes spay/neuter, HW test (if over 6 months old) core vaccinations and rabies and flea and heartworm prevention while the animal is in our care. $85 for cats which includes a FeLuk/FIV test, core vaccinations and rabies vaccinations, spay/neuter and wormer, flea and heartworm prevention while the animal is in our care
