Meet Barbie GS

Barbie found herself abandoned and roaming the streets, slowing starving to death...until her luck changed and she found her way to ASVT!  Barbie is extremely smart, eager to please, friendly but shy at first.  She would thrive with another confident dog friend and continued patience.  Her life has changed so much recently and she has proven resilient and adaptable. She does well with dogs her size, does not chase birds or livestock and is learning that it's not necessary to guard every perimeter.  Barbie is extremely loyal and dedicated to her people. She is spayed, heart worm negative and UTD on vaccines.  If you would like to meet her, please submit an adoption application at www.ASVTexas.org

Adoption Process
1. A potential adopter must complete an adoption application (http://www.asvtexas.org/adoption-application.html) 2. The adoption application is reviewed and approved by an ASVT board member. Additional information may be requested. 3. Approved adoption applications are forwarded to the animal's foster, who will contact the potential adopter to arrange a meet and greet. 4. If an adoption is arranged, an adoption contract will be completed. 5. The adoption fee for dogs is $150 and up, $50-$125 for cats, which includes the animal's spay/neuter surgery, a microchip and all core vaccinations, including rabies.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
