Hey there, I'm Penny, a four-month-old Rat Terrier mix with a heart full of love! My journey began when I was found as a stray, and despite lots of searching, my original owner couldn't be found. But hey, that just means I'm now on the lookout for my forever family! I'm up-to-date on all my vaccines, and I'll be spayed soon, getting ready to embark on new adventures with my forever family. Adoption Process
Adopters must submit application to be approved to adopt. Adoption fees are $60 for cats and $80 for dogs. All animals are spayed/neutered before adoption or voucher is given at adoption to have the animal altered.
