Meet Carter

Oh my goodness, this is the sweetest little guy, I just love him so much.  CARTER is mellow, quiet and a cuddler.  Totally independent but he likes to hang around you.  Although he gets along with all of the dogs in foster home, he would be more comfortable with just one other companion.  I am constantly picking him up and loving on him.  These pictures do not do him justice as he is a baby doll in person.  I am sorry to make a fuss over him but he is just adorable and the best dog! CARTER is 4 years old and only 13 pounds.  He will not get any bigger, he has long legs.  He walks very well on a leash and does not get car sick. Adoption Process
Adoption application is submitted, upon approval a meeting is set up to meet the chosen pet with a home visit. Once approved and the pet is a good match, a contract is signed. $150 adoption fee is paid and all medical records are turned over to new adopters. Must be over 21 yrs old and agree to make the dog an indoor family pet.
