Pampa Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a network of volunteers in Pampa, Texas. We are very active in the rescue, fostering and adoption of homeless animals, in providing spaying and neutering programs and helping out at our local animal shelter, all with the goal of improving the lives of the animals in our area. We are a rescue formed to offer an alternative for animals that would otherwise face an uncertain future. We are a group of volunteers that have a passion for animals and the rescue mission of finding loving homes for the animals under our care.

Darcy Howdy is my name and having a fun time is my game. I’m just as cute as can be. Isn’t this a Howdy dowdy that I’m in here? I’m an out going boy that will rock your world, given half the chance. I always have a smile on my face and am a confident little guy. That is saying a lot since I’m one of the millions around here! I’ll brighten up your day. So I’ll be waiting for a feel good family to take me away into their hearts! Here is what the crew has to say about me: Darcy is waiting to find his family. He is tried of being in a kennel. Since he is black, we hope he doesn't get over looked. Darcy is only 1.5ys and 34 ponds. He would love to have a family that he could be physically active with since he is just a pup. Adoption Process
Pick out an animal on the web site or come to the shelter. Then fill out an adoption application at the shelter. Cats adoption fees are $85 and dogs are $95. They animals will be fully vaccinate (age appropriate), spayed or neutered and microchipped.
