Angie's Friends is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal welfare organization established in 2008 for the sole purpose of aiding neglected and abused dogs in economically depressed neighborhoods of Dallas.The organization is named for, and the grassroots work is done by, Angie Manriquez, who is known throughout the community as "The Fairy Dogmother of Dallas". Even though Angie's Friends was not formed until 2008, Angie has been carrying on her mission since 1999.

Meet Boo Boo

Boo Boo continues to impress us with his sweetness and sincerity. He's not even 2 years old and maybe 6 pounds. Boo Boo is social and does great with other dogs. He is not phased by cats at all. Boo Boo is a pup of contrasts - he likes some gentle romping with his four-legged buddies and likes to get in some cuddles with his two-legged buddies, too. Such a darling!
