Meet Oakley! Oakley is a sweet and spunky mixed breed boy with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure. Born around March 18, 2025, and weighing about 10 pounds, Oakley was rescued from a tough start in life alongside his mom Olympia and five siblings. Despite the odds, Oakley is thriving thanks to his mom's care and the love he's received. He loves to play with toys, wrestle with his littermates, and snuggle up for a good nap afterward. Oakley has a friendly, outgoing personality and would be a fun-loving addition to any home. His adoption fee is $300. Apply to adopt him at www.adoggie4you.org. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
Adoption Process
Adoption application is required. Applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. A picture of your home or yard may be requested
All dogs and puppies are fully vetted prior to adoption (spay/neuter, rabies, 3 DHPP, bordetella and heartworm test/treat if positive) and are micro-chipped.
Our fees start at $200, transport out of Texas is arranged by us and is generally an additional $200.
We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet. Our contract requires if an adoption does not work out the dog is to be returned to us. We need at least two weeks notice.
