Pampa Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a network of volunteers in Pampa, Texas. We are very active in the rescue, fostering and adoption of homeless animals, in providing spaying and neutering programs and helping out at our local animal shelter, all with the goal of improving the lives of the animals in our area. We are a rescue formed to offer an alternative for animals that would otherwise face an uncertain future. We are a group of volunteers that have a passion for animals and the rescue mission of finding loving homes for the animals under our care.

I'm a little Lady that is singing the blues since I can't seem to find a forever home. I must admit part of it is my fault since I black pooch that is shy in the shelter environment.. So, it's hard getting me shown! I'm a loving pooch that will be devoted to you.The very thought of you and a loving family gets me all jazzed up. So don’t let me become a part of Yesterday and come on down to look at this special lady! This is what the staff has to say about me: Lea is a shy girl in the shelter but who can blame her with all the noise. She is a kind dog that was picked up as a stray. She is around 2 years of age and 43 pounds. She also like other dogs. She will make a great family pet in a nice calm environment.  Please call Faustina at 806-664-1615 since she can give you details about the animals! Adoption Process
Pick out an animal on the web site or come to the shelter. Then fill out an adoption application at the shelter. Cats adoption fees are $85 and dogs are $95. They animals will be fully vaccinate (age appropriate), spayed or neutered and microchipped.
