Meet Brew – A Gentle Soul Looking for a Safe Place to Land Brew is a 3-year-old Havanese mix with a heart full of quiet hope. After a tough start to life, he’s still learning that people can be kind and the world can be safe. Right now, his crate is his comfort zone — a quiet retreat where he feels secure as he begins to decompress. Brew is a shy guy who needs time — at least a week, sometimes more — to feel safe enough to come out of hiding. But once he does, you’ll start to see the sweet, gentle dog underneath the fear. With patience and consistency, he begins to open up and show glimpses of the loving companion he truly wants to be. He does well with calm, respectful dogs and older children who understand his need for space and gentleness. Sudden noises or fast movements can startle him, so a peaceful, predictable home is key. Another friendly dog in the home may help him gain confidence and feel more secure. Brew won’t be the dog who rushes into your arms — but if you're someone who understands that trust takes time and love can grow slowly, he will be your most loyal and rewarding companion. Dallas/Ft. Worth area Application available at https://www.pawsofloverescue.com/adoption-application.  Adoption fee of $275 includes neuter/spay, microchip, heartworm testing, deworming, vaccinations, and other necessary procedures.  Applications without a phone number will not be processed.

$200 adoption fee over 6 months, $225 for under 6 months, adoption contract, homevisit
