Critter Cavalry Rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? Meet PUPPY JOHNEY CASH

Johnny Cash, like the man in Black who is big in stature and in heart, is who we named this Black Mouth Cur mix puppy.  He is our big/little guy who is mild mannered, charismatic, and has a beautiful personality that is as great as his looks. Although this litter of 4 pups were found roaming on a back road in rural Tennessee, these pups are far from wanders and have quickly settled into knowing their foster home boundaries and requirements to be foster pups! They never leave your side and is exactly what Johnny Cash does!   Sticks to you like glue.  These pups are living on a small mini farm and they have experienced small children, cats, other dogs, cows, and birds (guineas and chickens) with only an initial curiosity that has demonstrated an overall passive attitude about other animals and kids!  Johnny Cash is about 4 months old and 20 pounds and he is going to be a 55-60 pounds adult boy who can be a farm dog…a city slicker and a lover all rolled in to one.  He is very versatile with his personality and how to fit in.  If you would like to know more please email us at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.
