Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue's mission is to provide shelter and loving care for animals who have been abused, abandoned, owner surrendered or otherwise destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. At no time shall they be euthanized due to time constraints, medical need or other issues. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will provide loving care for our animals. This includes veterinary care, food and any other necessity until responsible, loving homes can be found for all adoptable pets. All animals shall be spayed or neutered and we will make every effort to encourage those we encounter to do the same.

Meet Max! This handsome young German Shepherd is just under a year old and full of life! Max is 51 pounds of fun, love, and loyalty. He’s a playful pup with energy to burn and would thrive in an active home that can keep up with his zest for life.   Max gets along great with other dogs and absolutely adores people—he’s always up for cuddles and affection. At home, he’s well-behaved and potty trained. He’s also crate trained and will usually let you know (with a bark!) if he needs a late-night potty break.   While Max is still learning how to be calm and confident in public—he tends to bark at everything—he’s a rock star in the comfort of his home. With consistency and patience, he’ll continue to grow into the amazing dog we know he is.   If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, high-energy companion to share adventures and snuggles, Max might just be your perfect match!
