We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? Meet VELVET VELMA

  Velvet Velma is a gorgeous, fun and bubbly black Lab girl that is ready to go down a new path in life!   She was found as a stray and her microchip was registered and her owner's phone was disconnected.  So what do you expect?  We knew she was abandoned and needed a RESCUE LIKE US!   Critter Cavalry Rescue watched her videos and how sweet and eternally happy she was and decided that we might be able to connect this girl with a wonderful family who is wanting a  young female Lab girl that is BIG, BLACK BEAUTIFUL!   This girl is the total smooth package of good manners.  She is housebroken, not destructive when left alone and could be crated for a short day.   She loves other dogs and all people.  We can cat test her if required.  We think she will be perfection with smaller dogs and cats!   Intelligent and curious, Velma is just waiting for you to invite her to come home with you!   If you want a  young female Lab then stop now and email us!   [email protected]    She is located in Nashville, TN and we adopt to not only Tennessee residents but outside the state and in the northeastern corridor of states.  We go all the way to north central CT!   Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue and let's talk!   [email protected]   ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
