Murray County Humane Society

We are a small group of volunteers who try to help rehome surrendered animals & also pull & rehome from our local high kill animal control. We have a foster facility along with a few foster homes that house the animals until they are adopted (or live out their lives if not adopted). Our group is very dedicated to helping all that we can with what resources we have. We do not turn any away if we have space. We feel they all deserve a chance at life in a good loving home.

Meet Lottie

OPEN YOUR HEART TO WHOLE LOTTA LOVE LOTTIE! Picture this: A gentle soul with eyes full of hope.  Meet Lottie - a 3-year-young supermom who gave her all to her 8 puppies, only to find herself waiting for her own happy ending. Her story tugs at our hearts: Lottie was surrendered with her babies, cared for them tirelessly, and watched as her pups left the shelter and found their forever home. She was supposed to be on transport to safety up north… but through no fault of her own, the ride never came. Now, while her puppies thrive elsewhere, Lottie waits. Alone. But oh, what a treasure she is! ❤️ Gentle with everyone—kids, cats, dogs… she’s a peacemaker! ❤️ Loves adventures—hikes, creek splashes, or strolls holding the leash like a pro. ❤️ Couch cuddler extraordinaire—imagine her sighing happily as you binge your favorite show. ❤️ Pup-cup enthusiast—she’s earned that creamy cool-down! Lottie doesn’t just need a home - she deserves one. She’s been a devoted mama. A patient survivor. Now, she’s ready to be someone’s shadow, someone’s joy, someone’s whole lotta love. Could you be her hero? She’s done waiting. She’s done wondering. All she needs is you - a soft couch, a walking trail, and a heart big enough to hold her. Give Lottie her fairytale ending. Let her finally know what it means to be chosen. Ask about Lottie today—and turn her “what if?” into “happily ever after.” Be the reason her tail never stops wagging. ADOPT LOTTIE — BECAUSE EVERY MAMA DESERVES A FOREVER HOME                Adoption Fee $75.00
