Meet Tigger

Hi, I’m Tigger and I’m just a little guy with shiny black fur and a bright white chest & toes. I'm three months old and light as a feather at 7½ pounds. But inside my small chest beats a heart that believes in magic. I think about it every night when I curl up to sleep at the shelter. In my dreams, I’m not here. Instead, I’m in a warm house with soft blankets that smell like love. I hear laughter that sounds like music, and I feel gentle hands scratching behind my ears. Someone calls my name—Tigger!—like it’s the best word they’ve ever spoken. When I wake up, I’m still here… but my tail keeps wagging. Because I believe one day that dream will come true. I don’t know why I ended up in this place, but I know this: I love people with my whole little heart. I’ll follow you from room to room, sit in your lap like I was born to be there, and look at you with eyes that say thank you a thousand times over. Spoil me, love me, keep me safe, and I’ll spend forever proving you were right to choose me. Until then, I’ll keep dreaming. But maybe you’re the one who can make sure I don’t have to dream anymore. Love,Tigger *Guest Posting**You can foster to adopt, foster or foster to adopt!**This is a guess on his breed* If you would like to meet your new best friend, contact the Adoption Coordinator at [email protected] or 865-236-0830.
