Critter Cavalry Rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?

Meet PUPPY TAFFY

Meet Taffy – Your Future Big Best Friend!    Hi, I’m Taffy, a big, beautiful puppy with golden eyes, a heart of gold, and a whole lot of love to give! I wandered up as a stray to a rural Tennessee home, where I was lucky enough to meet a kind woman who works with Critter Cavalry Rescue. Thanks to her and the rescue, I’m getting a second chance to find the forever home I deserve.  I'm just 5–6 months old and already weigh 42 pounds, so I’ll likely grow into a big girl—maybe 75–80 pounds when fully grown. I have a stunning red coat that’s just a little longer than short and a sweet, gentle personality that wins hearts everywhere I go. I love kids and have a great temperament for playing gently with them. I also love other dogs and could happily play all day! I have a ton of energy and would thrive in a home where I can run, play, and be part of the family fun. I haven’t met cats yet, but since I’m young and eager to learn, I’d likely do just fine with some guidance.  Right now, I live in a cozy outdoor kennel, so I haven’t had much indoor training yet—but that’s just a blank slate for someone who wants to teach me the ropes. I’m not the best on a leash just yet, but that’s an easy fix with a little patience and a few good tips from the rescue team.  I’m spayed, healthy, and ready to start my life with a loving family who will help me shine. Whether you're in Tennessee or in one of the Northeastern states served by the rescue’s transport van, I can come to you! Critter Cavalry Rescue provides full support for all their dogs and will be with us every step of the way.  If you’re looking for a beautiful, sweet, energetic pup to grow up with your family, I might be the perfect girl for you!   Email: [email protected] to learn more about me and start the adoption process   Let’s make forever happen!  ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
