Critter Cavalry Rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?

Meet PUPPY ALANA

Alana appears to be a Beagle/Lab mix puppy who is only 12 pounds and 12 weeks old.  Some of her siblings look more fully Lab-ish and mixed with who knows what?  So many things we do not know about Alana and her origins but what we know for sure is that she's happy and smart.  She is a typically playful puppy and loves romping in the yard and wrestling with a sibling.  She adjusts quite quickly to new things and is adventurous.  She's a tad cautious of new animals, as a puppy should be, and then she warms up quickly.  She's sleeping in a crate and is so close to being able to go thru the night without having to go out to potty.  She has quickly learned to use a doggy door from watching the other dogs.  She has learned a routine, is taken out frequently and doing great with house training.  Alana loves to play and equally loves to be with people.  She plays and then snuggles with a sweet bed-time snuggle look that is a longing stare of adoration and followed by a limp body that begs for belly rubs.  She's a tall pup (born in March 2024) and may end up on the larger side of medium.  She has lovely markings with lovely tri colors and a tiny white stripe down her face.  If you are interested please email us at [email protected]  She is ready in the next few days.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.
