Meet Tipper

Tipper was a lost boy in Fannin County he was rescued by a couple out of Copperhill. They attempted to locate the owner off a rabies tag he was wearing but the owner could not be found. Tipper appears to have been on his own for a long time, his body condition is poor he is very thin and has an injury to his leg/hip. He is very friendly and sweet, somewhat hand shy but tolerated his intake, bath, and nail trim well. He will need a lot of help to get back in good health, he will see the vet on Tuesday, His adoption fee is 300.00~~If you are interested in this animal, you can complete the questionnaire found on the available pets page of our website http://hbpr.org. Adoption Process
Must be 21 to adopt. $180 adoptions fee for dogs and $125 for cats, must complete an application and an interview
