Critter Cavalry Rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?

Meet BUNNY

Bunny is one of those inner and outer beauties that immediately touches your heart as a girl that needs and deserves a better life than her past.  This 6-7 year old Chocolate Lab girl with a little grey on her muzzle was found as a stray in a small rural town in Tennessee and there she sat for a while.  Her time was up…Her life was about to be snuffed out as her name went up on the euthanasia life to make room for others waiting to be dropped off at the shelter.  Critter Cavalry Rescue had just put out a plea to some of our area foster moms to look for a young senior-ish Lab that could be fostered by a senior loving foster dad.  Bunny had a stroke of good fortune and a huge turning point in her future life.  From here on out Bunny will be part of the adopted “Dog Lottery” where her sweet self will be offered to some lucky family.  This girl is perfection in every way, 54 pounds, middle aged, loves every creature she meets (even cats) and she is the perfect element of good energy and calmness.  Bunny will be looking 1000% even more beautiful as we feed good food to make her coat shine, did a good teeth cleaning to freshen up her quality of life and help her be heart healthy.  She is a serious soul that probably could use some FUN in her future.  Some ball throwing and a fetching return, some dreamy walks on a beach or a waterway to enjoy the Spring things that are sprouting and budding.  She is ready for her namesake to come along…the Easter “Bunny” and to maybe join  the young troops for an Easter Egg Hunt!  She is ready for a charmed life because she will charm you to pieces when you meet her.   If you are interested please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.
