Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it. Hello -Sam here. Yes I am extremely good looking. I love to be with my person and love to give kisses. I have learned to kennel at my foster mom's house. I really like to play with the other pups but I would love my own person just as much. I am very active so if you want to take me with you that would be great. I do need a fenced yard so I can run and run.  My name is Sam Elliott. I am about 1 year old and weigh about 21 pounds. My adoption fee is $600 plus tax of $27 for a total of $627.  My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, neuter/spay, dental if needed and microchipping.

Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
