I had my puppies late April and they are ready to find homes of their own. I am a love with women but I do not care for men.I am somewhat skittish and hard to catch but if you have patience with me I eventually roll over on my back so you can pick me up. I love running around in my foster mom's fenced yard, I am working on housetraining, I am more schedule trained at this point. I have just begun my journey to become a house pet so I need a home with a fenced yard and love and patience to guide me along the way. I do not walk on a harness and leash. I can climb any expen. Do you have a soft spot for a beautiful girl like me? I am 5 years old , I weigh 10 pounds, my adoption fee is $350 + sales tax $15.75=$365.75 My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, spay and dental.
Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
