Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it.  Howdy! I'm Bert Jr. I am a fun loving puppy just lovin' life. I am working on my house training, learning what is mine to chew on, when to come when my foster mom calls me, all those things a puppy needs to know. I do not walk on a harness and leash so a fenced yard is a must for me. I love to run, chase and play outside with my buddies. Can you be my furever home? I am six months old, I weigh almost 9 pounds, my adoption fee is $600 plus sales tax $27=$627   My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, neuter, dental if needed and microchipping.

Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
