Meet Penny

Penny is a 3-year-old BT that came to rescue because of her owner’s failing health. This girl is a burst of energy who loves to play! She loves toys and will bring a ball straight to your hand for you to throw. She would do best with a fairly calm, easy going dog buddy. She doesn't love to share her toys with other dogs. All humans are fine though!  Penny is house trained and crate trained, although she seems to prefer the bed with her people! She is located in Raleigh, NC. Adoption Process
We have a set of adoption criteria (such as dogs are inside dogs only, one must be 21 or older to adopt, dogs must never be chained or shocked). We have applicants fill out an adoption application and submit to a veterinary reference check and home visit before adoption. When all steps are completed in this process, they sign an adoption contract and pay the appropriate fees. Fees vary by age of the dog but are all listed on our Petfinder page.
