Meet Ishmael! Hi, my name is Ishmael and I'm only about 8 mths old and weigh approximately 53 lbs.  I love walks and playing with my toys. I'd prefer a big back yard or at least a good amount of activity each day because I still have some puppy energy! Also important stuff, food! When it comes to food, I won't beg for your food but I won't say no to you if you want to share! I'm also house trained, crate trained and I even know how to "sit" and "wait" now too!  I walk well on a leash and don't pull you, unless there is a leaf blowing by ......... I LOVE leaves!!!! Now when it comes to other puppies, I don't really like small dogs and big dogs I'm a little unsure about. I'd probably be best as the only dog in the house, at least initially. But I'm sure I can get along well with another dog my size or bigger, if you are patient with me and let me check them out and get comfortable with them slowly. When I meet strangers, I'm cautious, I need to get to make sure they're ok kind of people!! I am a cutie pie, so strangers are going to want to squeeze my cheek and speak kiddie talk, but I just need to sniff them out at my own pace, get comfy and once I'm satisfied they're going to love me not hurt me, I'll love them!!  I'm really just looking for someone to be my best friend!
