Meet Chewy

Chewy, 2-3 years old, cannot tell us what his life was like before rescue, but it doesn’t appear that is was the easiest of times for him. In spite of whatever he has been through he is a shining star. When they say the best things in life come in small packages we are sure they meant this slight 8 pound love. Chewy isn't your ordinary boy; he's a social butterfly, wagging tails and making friends wherever he goes. Cuddling is his specialty - if there were awards for it, Chewy would be the champion! His adorable face will melt your heart with cuteness overload. He’s easy to please as nothing makes him happier than being held close, snuggling up in your arms. While he could settle into a home with or without other small sized dogs or even with cats, people are really his focus. He thrives on human companionship and would be happy to become a semi-permanent fixture on your lap if you were ok with that. And, this guy is totally cool with wearing doggy duds! Chewy is the SWEETEST boy and deserves all the love in the world, which he will gratefully return right back at you. He is being fostered in SW Portland.  His adoption fee is $280 Underdogs are not held for or shipped outside of the Portland metro area. Meets and home checks are part of the adoption process. Everyone in an applicant’s household must be able to meet at the foster’s location. Adoption Process
All adoptions require a contract, our fees vary on the situation. We complete home inspections prior to adoption and follow up with adopters after the adoption for assistance if needed.
