Pet Adoption League of Gem County

We are a non-profit animal shelter ran by animal loving volunteers. We are a no kill shelter. We spay and neuter all our pets before adopting out. Our goal here is to return lost pets to their owners, find homes for those who have none, and promote compassionate treatment of animals everywhere.

Meet Charlie Brown

Meet Charlie Brown Description: Charlie Brown is a distinguished older male Pit Bull Terrier with a heart of gold. He has loving deep brown eyes and a warm smile that will melt your heart. Despite his age, Charlie is full of life and love to give. His brown and white coat adds to his charming appearance, making him irresistible to anyone who meets him. Personality: Charlie Brown is a true companion who thrives on human interaction. He adores people and craves attention, always eager to shower his affection on anyone who crosses his path. His gentle nature and calm demeanor make him an ideal companion for quiet evenings at home or leisurely walks in the park. Ideal Home: Charlie Brown is seeking a loving forever home where he can be showered with the attention and care he deserves. His ideal family would be one that understands the needs of older dogs and is committed to providing him with a comfortable and nurturing environment. Charlie would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of love and attention, and where he can enjoy leisurely strolls and cozy naps in the sun. Adoption/Foster: If you're interested in welcoming this pup into your home, please contact PAL to arrange a meet-and-greet for adoption or discuss fostering options. If you would like to fill out the form for adopting or fostering, please complete the adoption form here (for adoption) or the foster application here (for fostering). Volunteer Opportunities: PAL is always looking for individuals eager to lend a helping hand as a volunteer. Whether you can spare a couple of hours a week or more, there are many opportunities available to suit your schedule. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, please submit an application here.  Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of animals in need.
