Meet Siena

Every day is better when you have Siena in your life. She is an absolute, 17 pound, bundle of sweetness and adoring love, with a little bit of Terrier spiciness thrown in for good measure.  She is looking for someone to become as devoted to her as she will become to them.  It would break her heart to be regularly left home alone for long periods of time without human companionship, so does need a home where this won’t happen. She is young, a year old, so walks and playtime need to be part of her daily routine. She would love a fenced yard to spend time in and have space to lie out in the sun. True to her Terrier genetics, she will alert you to any suspicious (to her) sights and sounds. Not the best for apartment type living situations.    She is dog door trained. She will sleep in a crate at night next to your bed, but her preference would be in bed with you. She has done wonderfully with all the dogs in her foster home. No idea about cats, but she does take a lot of delight in chasing small moving things. Older (over 8 yr old) gentle small dog savvy kids might be ok, but too much commotion in a home would be too unsettling for her. She is being fostered in Vancouver, WA. Her adoption fee is $450. You must be available to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for applicants or shipped outside of the Portland metro area. Home checks are part of the adoption process. Adoption Process
All adoptions require a contract, our fees vary on the situation. We complete home inspections prior to adoption and follow up with adopters after the adoption for assistance if needed.
