NALA is an angel dog. A Mastiff / mix yes, but still mostly angel. She is kind, calm, gentle, your shadow, and a total sweetheart. At 8-9 years in age, she still frolicks like a puppy, and loves to roll in the grass enjoying the sunshine and love she is receiving in our shelter. It's totally impossible NOT to fall in love with our NALA. This perfectly sweet soul is great with people, other animals, and polite company. NALA adores attention, and will lean on your to absorb all of the attention you can give her. She's like a slightly over-sized shadow who will follow you everywhere. NALA is ready for her fairytale ending with a loving family. NALA is a courtesy post for the Brooke County Animal Shelter in Beechbottom, WV. Adoption Process
Before scheduling a meet-and-greet with one of our adoptable cats or dogs, you must complete an application and interview with an adoption team member. Applications are located on our website at www.animaladvocates.net. We get to know the pets’ personalities and needs very well, striving to make the best possible match for both animals and adopters. Adoptions Fees (as of 1/2021) -Young (year or younger): $100 kitten – $225 puppy -Adult (year or older): $80 cat – $180 dog -Senior (10 / 8 years or older): $60 cat – $90 dog - Discount for adopting a pair – ½ off the adoption fee of the second cat or dog. We aim to provide high quality care for the well-being of rescued cats and dogs until they are placed in forever homes. All animals are regularly vet checked, fully vaccinated, spayed / neutered and microchipped. They are routinely treated for fleas and worms as well as any medical issues.
