Meet Gus

Meet Gus — The Gentle Soul with a Grin! Gus is a 9-year-old black Lab mix who arrived at the shelter on June 24th after being picked up by the local pound. With his big, happy smile and sweet, easygoing nature, it’s hard to believe this handsome guy is still waiting for a place to call home. Gus is already neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his rabies vaccine. He recently tested positive for Lyme and Anaplasmosis, but don’t worry — he’s receiving a full 30-day course of Doxycycline to get him feeling his best. Once he finishes his medication, Gus will be all set to receive his Dhlpp, Lyme, and Bordetella vaccines. At 9 years old, Gus is the perfect blend of laid-back and lovable. He enjoys a good stroll, some quiet companionship, and plenty of affection. His gentle demeanor makes him a wonderful candidate for a calm, caring home. If you’re looking for a loyal friend with plenty of love to give, come meet Gus. He’s ready to bring joy — and that heart-melting smile — to your life! Adoption Process
Adoption application must be filled out first. If it is approved then the potential adoptor can meet the pet. If all is acceptable, we will collect the adoption fee at that time.
