Hi my name is Bunny. My foster mom named me that because when I got to her house I was bouncing all over the place. Just happy to get out of the dog pound!! I am approximately 4-5 months old and weigh in at around 13 lbs. I am still a puppy and growing. I came to the rescue a very neglected little girl. I have not had any previous training, but am a smart girl and learning very quickly. I have learned to sit for a treat, and stay back from the door when it is opening. I can be a bit mouthy, but improving on that. Hey, I was never taught that is not what you do. My other puppy buddies thought that was ok. I guess humans do not like that. I am full of energy, love toys, and need appropriate bones and chews to keep me busy. I have a sweet, playful disposition, get along with other dogs and just want to play. I am not fully house trained yet, and still have accidents on occasion. I sleep all night in my kennel, and go in without complaint. I am good in my kennel when you are gone, no barking. I am a girl that will need to go to a groomer regularly! Bunny will need a home with no small children and someone that can get her out to go to the bathroom regularly. She is a beautiful work in progress. Adoption Process
The first step to adopting is to fill out the Online Adoption Application at www.rosesrescue.net. After your application has been reviewed and approved, one of our volunteers will get in touch with you. As long as your application has been pre-approved, the pet's foster parent will set up a time with you to come visit the pet you're interested in. In some cases, a home visit may also be required. If all goes well, you will then sign an adoption contract, pay the adoption fee, and then your new pet is ready to go to its forever home!
