Meet Chewy 2024

Chewy is 5 years old, his birthday is December 20th, 2018. He is up to date on all his testing and vaccines and his flea/tick medicine. He loves to cuddle, and to chase balls/sticks. He constantly want to be around you and love getting cuddle from new people once he's gotten know them. He struggles with anxiety, things that are especially triggering are high pitched beeps, moving of large furniture, knocking/bumping, small children. He has tried to nip our son two or three times, but has never made contact. It was done out of fear rather than aggression. He is a very smart dog and is quick to learn new tricks. He's about 30IBs, and currently is eating 4health salmon &potatoes. He's currently lives with another dog, a pitbull, and has lived with a variety of other dogs. He is very open to meet new dog especially if they like to run and chase things too. He has also lived with cats with no issue. 

Adoption Process
Online Application, leads to reference checks, home visits, approval, meet & Greet dogs, then adoption contract if idea match is identified. Adoption contract requires Dog to be returned to COSR for whatever reason if adopter is unable/unwilling to keep dog. Fee’s range from $450 Puppy, $250 - $150, $0 Senior-4-Senior program
