Meet Oscar

Oscar is 11 years-old and weighs 12 Lbs. He was removed from a "cruelty situation" and is now in rescue. He was a little unsure at first, but he's doing remarkably well now that he's in a safe environment. He's a very loving dog and warms up to you quickly. He chases cats, so he needs to be in a cat-free home. He can sometimes be a bit aggressive with some of the other foster dogs. He loves to play fetch and likes to be in your lap as much as possible. Oscar is Jasper's father, and since they have been together since Jasper was born, they will only be adopted as a bonded pair. If you are interested in both Oscar and Jasper, you will need to COMPLETE AN APPLICATION on our website at www.dachshundrescueofohio.com. We do not respond to automatic inquiries or matched profiles from Petfinder. Please note: We only adopt within Ohio A fenced-in yard is mandatory Applicants must be at least 25 years old
