Meet Duke

Duke is a strikingly handsome, large collie with a heart as big as his beautiful coat. He’s confident, curious and full of personality. Duke enjoys the company of other dogs and would thrive either with a compatible canine companion, or as the center of attention as the only dog in the home. He’s naturally watchful and alert, always keeping an eye on his surroundings. Whether it’s a visitor at the door or a squirrel passing through the yard, Duke is happy to keep his family in the loop. He loves toys, enjoys car rides (and hops in all on his own!), and walks nicely on a leash. He knows a few basic cues like “no” and “come,” and is eager to keep learning. Duke would be a great fit for an active family that enjoys engaging with their dog. He’s intelligent, affectionate, and thrives with structure and companionship. A home with someone around often, or an experienced dog owner, will help Duke continue to grow into the wonderful companion he’s meant to be. With the right match, Duke’s loyal and spirited collie nature will truly shine.
