Meet Dollie
Dolly was on the run for at least two weeks before she was caught. She has not been claimed. She is very very scared of people, and we believe she may have come from a breeding facility due to her unregistered microchip that cannot be tracked even to the company of origin. She is currently in a foster home where they’re working with her to gain her trust. She does have a pretty serious ulcer on her eye, the vet has prescribed eye drops, but it may still need to come out if it remains painful to her. She’s also in need of a dental, which she will be getting when she is spayed. She is good with other dogs.Dollie is a good girl, housebroke, but so, so terrified. We are making progress slowly. She is really depending of her foster brother. He is her pal and she wants to be near/on him at all times. She is good with the other dogs and the cat in the home. She will do best in a home with another dog, if not adopted with her foster brother. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application.
