I've had the pleasure of meeting Happy Gilbert at several adoption events, and it's always been a pleasure. 6 year old Gilbert is totally blind, but makes people giggle because his sniffer still works very well and he always smells the treats when they are brought out. Gilbert LOVES going on walks or hikes, but could use a bit of training to teach him not to pull so much. He's a strong 65lb boy. His foster mom likes to describe him as the Kool-aid man in that he accidentally bashes into things with no hesitancy. He needs a family that will help him learn the lay out of their home. Although he's blind, he's playful and absolutely loves toys!! He loves ALL PEOPLE!! Gilbert is up to date on shots, on hw prevention. Perfect in a crate and content with chew bones. Adoption Process
Adoption fees range from $150-$350. Non-negotiable. An applications at www.pawsandprayers.org must be filled out and approved before a meet and greet can be set up.
