_________ B I O ______________  Name: Matisse Size: (Once fully grown) Medium range: 26-60 lbs  Adoption Donation: $250 (applicable sales tax included) PLUS a $100 deposit is required and is to be refunded once proof of spay/neuter is provided to this rescue. Our adoption contract requires all dogs to be spayed/neutered within ONE Month of adoption or when age-appropriate. Adoption fees may be paid by cash or check.   Other:  Intact Male, Vaccinations current, Microchip  Puppies generally need the following veterinary care after their adoption:          8 Weeks:  Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella Vaccinations. 4 Luv of Dog Rescue completes these vaccinations before adoption.      12 Weeks:  Distemper/Parvo Vaccination completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.      16 Weeks:  Distemper/Parvo & Rabies Vaccinations completed at the veterinarian of the adopter's choice.        6 Months:  Spay/Neuter surgery.  **     Yearly thereafter:  All dogs need yearly wellness exams performed by a veterinarian as well as booster vaccinations.         **Spay/Neuter surgeries cost between $200-$400 for a neuter surgery and $400-$600 for a spay surgery in the FM Area. Wellness visits can run from $75 to $150 for each visit. He loves to play and wrestle with his siblings, and he can snuggle and give kisses with the best of them, but food is life! After a good meal he tends to fall into a food coma, and one evening after dinner my husband introduced Tubbs to belly rubs! He loved have his Buddha belly rubbed and was absolutely satisfied with his world. He’s doing very well on potty training and has been doing all of his Number Twos outside.
