This sweet girl was rescued thanks to the teamwork of caring individuals and organizations—when our friends at K&D Rescue needed help, we didn’t hesitate. Terri and David drove all the way to South of the Border to bring Maria safely into the Rainbow Bridge Hospice Rescue family. Maria is about 7.5 years old and appears to be a Corgi/Chihuahua mix. She has already faced many challenges in her short life, including suffering a stroke but despite everything, she remains gentle, affectionate, and eager for love. Now, she’s with us—and we’re committed to giving her the medical attention, support, and comfort she’s always deserved. Adoption Process
We require an application filled out with 3 references, vet references and or records on all dogs living in the home. We do a home visit and all persons must be present.
