Meet Duke

Duke is a sweet, young male Blue Heeler, found on Caney Creek Rd in Cherokee County, NC in early April of 2024.  He is heart worm negative and up to date on his vaccines Duke has a dislocated hip which is being surgically repaired in May, 2024.  He will also be fixed at that time.  The finder, Nova Violet is keeping the dog. 

Adoption Process
adoption references are needed and must pass a house visit showing a safe and loving environment for the animal, a one week pre-adoption stay at new home is used to determine compatibility, $150 adoption donation if the family can afford it, must have a fenced yard and pet must have access to the house, all 6 month and older animals being adopted must be fixed and house-trained prior to adoption.
