Meet Huxley, a striking 1.5-year-old German Shepherd mix with a rugged charm and handsome features. Found as a stray, this clever boy was discovered jumping in and out of a fenced yard to spend time with his canine pals. With his serious yet regal expression, Huxley seems wise beyond his years, but deep down, he's really a big softie!Huxley loves human affection, and with his calm and gentle demeanor, he's the epitome of a gentle giant. Our wonderful volunteers recently had a fun time bathing Huxley, and let me tell you, it took a team effort to lift all 77 lbs of him into the tub! While he wasn't particularly thrilled about losing his manly scents, he handled it like a good sport. Now, with his fresh and shiny coat, Huxley is all set for a fabulous new beginning! He's on the lookout for his forever home where he can share all the love and warmth in his big heart.
