This beauty is Maize. She is around 18 months old, weighs about 60 pounds and is a beautiful red and white Husky mix. Maize is doing great in her foster home with the other dogs and children she has met. Maize is looking for a home that understands her breed and the song of her people. If you are interested in adopting Maize, please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. ***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt.***
