Meet Tuxie, an affectionate 1-year-old pup ready to find his forever home! Tuxie was surrendered by his loving owner due to a housing hardship, and it's evident that he was deeply cherished. His previous owner was heartbroken to let him go, and now Tuxie is seeking a family that will love him just as much. Tuxie is a well-cared-for pup who has spent his days indoors, and when he ventures outside, he enjoys playing on a runner. He is housebroken and crate-trained, making him a fantastic addition to any home.Our staff has had a blast getting to know Tuxie in our play yard. He's an energetic boy who loves carrying his leash around, showing his readiness for his next adventure! He seems to know the command `sit,` while he may pull on the leash at times, he quickly learns to stop when you do.Tuxie is full of personality and often gets the zoomies, darting around with pure joy. He adores toys and will keep you entertained with his playful antics. During his interactions with another dog at the shelter, Tuxie showcased his friendly nature by bouncing around, bowing, and wrestling â a true sign of his playful spirit!While we don't know how he feels about cats or children, Tuxie's loving and playful attitude suggests he could be a great addition to many families.If you're looking for a loyal companion who will bring some sweetness into your life, Tuxie is the pup for you!
