We recently took in little Gizmo the 2nd aka Gizzy after his owner could no longer care for him and turned him into a shelter. He was very scared and afraid at the loud shelter and wanted to tear into everyone. Poor guy was terrified, understandably. :( We got him settled into a foster home and his demeaner immediately changed. He likes the other little dogs and loves his foster mom. Breakfast is one of his favorite times of the day, but watch out, he can get under your feet! Giz has been completely vetted, neutered, hw neg, chipped, and even had a dental recently! He is an active boy; doesn't act like a senior, (he is 10). Gizzy loves to play ball but won't bring the ball back. The little guy is housebroken, follows commands, and loves to be petted and cuddled. He likes to sleep in bed with his human and, at 10 lbs, takes up half the bed. :) He can be a little anxious in new places, like the vet and meeting new people in strange places so a quiet home with small dogs would be best. He can also be an only pet. We think he will be best with no large dogs and no small children. Gizzy is waiting for the next chapter of his life to start.
