Rosa is a 2 year-old, 19lb Cairn Terrier. Rosa might look grumpy, but she is far from it! This lovable girl's foster mom describes her as the "perfect house guest." She is totally house broken, does great being left alone without a crate and walks well on a leash. She is heartworm positive, which she's currently being treated for. She is friendly with everyone she meets but would prefer to be with a dog who's a little more on the relaxed side.
