COURTESY POST: Meet Bowie (Bo for short), a charming and sweet-natured Pittie/Boxer mix who is ready to make your heart melt! At a year-and-a-half and 52 lbs, Bo is the perfect balance of laid-back and playful. Whether you're out for a walk or just relaxing at home, Bowie's tail is always wagging to show just how much he loves being around you. Bo is friendly with other dogs, making him a great companion for a multi-dog household. He also does well with cats, but he will benefit from some boundaries and continued training, so a cat with some dog experience would be ideal for him. While Bowie loves his daily walks, it’s important to note that he's a strong guy! A gentle leader harness is a great way to ensure his walks are comfortable for both of you. He’s also smart and is highly motivated by treats, which makes training a breeze. Bo is still a young dog and loves to explore, so he’ll need supervision when left alone, as he’s still working on his chewing habits and his curiosity can get the better of him. When he’s not exploring or out for a walk, Bo is all about comfort and cuddling. He enjoys snuggling up and being cozy after a good play session. He’s housebroken, neutered, and crate-trained, so he’s ready to make himself at home in a new family. Bowie is looking for a loving family that can continue his training and help him grow into the best version of himself. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and loyal companion, Bo could be the perfect fit for you!
